Dennis was great. This is by 2nd service. After I had an oil change I got a leak. Apparently the cap was not tight enough and the filter was defective. You fixed it and the staff is competent and respectful. But......the wait is much too long. Three hours for an oil change is too much. I arrived at 645 hoping for a shorter time and since this was a return visit they tried to push me through. Still over 2 1/2 hours. Too much time!

I waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change. When I first got there I was told it will a 2 hour or less wait. I really didn't like spending a large part of my day just waiting. Of I knew it was going to such a long wait I would have left the car and gone home.
She is friendly, knowledgeable and communicates well.
Andrea was great but you need to improve your system for scheduling appointments. You leave people waiting way too long. I waited 3 hours before they even started looking at my car.
Not to mention that I have transmission problems on a one year old car. Pretty sad.
