I spend the entire day i come in at 7am and get my car at 430 pm. No way i can go some other place and dont got to wait the long. But they did a good job in the car i can see the different when i driver the car good job to the teech. Or mechanic who take care my car the the person in the front desk very helpful. Man

We had TWO KEYS MADE FOR OUR HONDA AND AN INSPECTION DONE. 537.00 WORTH OF KEYS. THE KEYS DO NOT LOCK OR UNLOCK THE CAR. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THE KEYS TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK BEFORE YOU RETURN THE CAR TO THE CUSTOMER? I AM FURIOUS. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!!

I was not satisfied at all with the service. Aside from them fixing the issue, the service was not great. This has also been the experience from my husband the last few times he took the car in. We dropped the car off around 10ish in the morning. We were not called regarding an update for the call. When we did not hear anything by 3pm, we then called. At that time we were informed that they were now looking at the car to see what is wrong. 30 minutes later we received an update of what was wrong. Around 4:22 we received a call saying that the car would be ready soon and I was reminded that it closes at 5. We rushed to get there at 5 for a car that wasn’t ready and we had to wait and it was not even washed. I’m not sure if you guys no longer wash the cars after service, but I feel it is the least that can be done.

Nothing was done They were going to keep the vehicle longer although they are closed on sundays I suggested I would bring it back thank goodness Now this is a new car that makes a rubbing noise once 5 people are in Not cookie cutter Let’s see if Honda can deliver quality care
