Jeffrey always takes care of me when I come to empire honda. There's two honda dealership within a 10 mile radius from my house but I always choose empire. Jeffrey is very professional and informative. If you need service done ask to speak to Jeffrey and he will take care of you.
Will not take my car there again don’t believe in you charging 3% if paying with credit card.

Once again I waited 2 plus hours this time for a Honda recall software update even though I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. there were a 1/2 a dozen people ahead of me at the same time this is unacceptable this never happened at Advantage Honda.
