I have been with manhasset Honda for over 10 years and my last experience was not a good one. I came back today to give new management another try. I was pleased with my experience today with Manuel. He was very professional and really listened to my concerns. I will be back in a couple days for other repairs that need to be done.

I was handed a packet of papers and no explanation of the findings. I had to search through the papers to find an almost intelligible multipoint inspection checklist. I was told what I needed to have done and prices were not clearly explained. After going outside to retrieve my car, I could not see it. It was still inside the garage. In the past I have found Advantage Honda to be pleasant and professional. I did not find this today.

Unfortunately, the delivery of my part was delayed for nine weeks because the part was coming from China, so I lost the use of my car for those nine weeks because I was literally scared to go someplace and then not be able to start the engine. On the other hand, this stinkin’ virus has kept me from not needing to use my car much. Able
