Well Mr. Alvarado was very very nice. But I ended up having to come back to the service center because a reset of the computer Needed to be done which was not.....an ALERT said my tire pressure was low when in fact it was not - when I came back an adjusted was made & all was well.
I liked that I didn't need to make an appointment. A number of warning lights came on. The service was great. My only concern deals more with the car as I just leased it 10 days ago and I had to drive about 50 Mike's round trip for in essence a glitch in the system.
Michael Disanti was very helpful and thorough in what had to be done to my vehicle. He is very friendly and wonderful service. Thank you ????

Manuel is excellent. I've been in customer service for 30yrs. He was on the money. I even listened on his conversation with other customers - He was reassuring, patient and professional. I even watched the manager got out of his office and drove my can to be inspected and the young lady behind the desk marshal workflow. It was a delightful display of TEAMWORK. KUDOS GUYS. Thanks
