Jeffrey always takes care of me when ever I come for service, and makes sure that I’m up to date in my maintenance and other needs for my vehicle. Jeffrey is awesome, and I’m always treated well.

My wait time was way too long to get my car from the lot to the shop and cars that came after mine was going in so I had to go in to the service desk and asked the Rep that helped me which was Michael DiSanti who got in the situation right away and within 10 mins my car was pulled in and worked on.
Mr.DiSanti was very apologetic and professional handling this situation.
I could not reach the service dept to check on whether my car was ready. Extremely poor communication to reach or speak to anyone. No one seems to pick up the phone or when they do u r left on hold only to then get disconnected

I was told to replace the cabin and a/c filters after 1 year and 10.000 miles. Are they even different? Sorry I did it. I was also told to change my gear oil. That I refused. I was ripped off and will not come back to you for service. I’m pissed.
I think Jeffrey was on his way out to lunch when he saw me. He thought I was being taken care of but turned around and asked. I said no. He went behind the counter and took my information. I asked how much time it would take as my mother was in the ICU suffering from a stroke. He said he would try to get me out as soon as they could. I want to thank him for his courtesy and consideration.
Mike was very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable and answered my questions.
