Impossible to call to check on status. Had to wait for another hour to get car after I was told to come in to pick it up. Many staffs are not wearing masks. This is VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Waited 3.5 hours for a 2 hour job only to find out that they didn’t have the part. Why start dismantling a car when you didn’t have the part! Ridiculous ! Don’t ever want to go back again ! The prior management was much better!
