I arrived at 9:30 and did not leave until 12:30 even though I had an appointment; I spotted my car in the parking lot at 10:45ss ask untouched, windows down and the key in the ignition. When I asked the man at the service desk why people who showed up after me were getting their vehicle before me when I had an appointments he replied “an appointment guarantees you a spot for the day, there are a couple people ahead of you, you should be done by 1 maybe later”. There was not adequate room for social distancing ppl were gathered in the front, some wore masks some didn’t; It’s a terrible setup during a pandemic. As someone who works in the healthcare field I can tell you without hesitation that not only were customers were at risk for infection but, the staff as well. I expect more from a Honda dealership and am extremely disappointed.

I had a 1215 appointment for a oil change I came back 2.5 hrs later and the car had not been moved so I had to wait an additional 30mins when I arrived and I called multiple times to check on the status and the woman representative kept telling me someone will call me and nobody did

Jeff kept my car whole week with out any loan car. I called/Text so many time but no reply. Final I have got my car back without solved my problem. I ask him for paperwork for service, he made me wait more than 30 minutes. I believe paper work should be ready when I pickup my car. He even didn’t apologize for his terrible service!

Service advisorJeffrey was satisfactory. However it was the actual service preformed on vehicle was not satisfactory.This oil chance went well, comparing to previous oil chnage done here, which was a hot mess. My concerns were software updates, the panels (upper stairing wheel column cover was half way reinstall and the lower knee kick panel was damaged while being removed. The vehicle went into shop with Manufacture suggested tire psi, came with excessive over inflated. I don't know why i had to go and adjust tires to proper psi minutes after coming out from service. I trusted your establishment with my vehicle's maintenance and service hoping to get job done properly and professionally done and was not delivered. Makes me skeptical about further service at your facility.

Christian was great and the actual service was excellent. What I didn’t realize was that there were about $300 of coupons I could have used based upon services performed. That would have been perfect. If you were to apply what you could to my account I’d be very happy and shout out Empire Honda to everyone!

Where should I begin with? Definitely not coming back ever. I tried to schedule a pick twice in advance to which I was told that there was no one available. The service representative never even called me back after leaving him messages 3 times and being on hold for more than 20 minutes (twice). Customer service is a joke here it felt like. Complete miscommunication. While taking my car back, I mentioned my experience to the service rep: Christian to which he brushed it off by saying I was extremely busy and couldn’t call you back throughout the day.
