I contacted Jeffrey Alvarado about an issue with one of my tires. He responded the same day , and scheduled me the next day. I came in and was able to get my tire replace within an hour . If you ever bring your car to empire honda for service ask for jeffrey .

Car was damaged while being serviced. When attempting to contact the office, we were placed on hold and then hung up on. My wife and I had to make multiple calls and finally threatened to report the poor service to a manager. We are considering reporting this performance to the Better Bureau.

Chris had to step away. Other team member on different counter brushed me off. Thankfully, lady doing billing saw me standing and had someone be else hello me. They both looked and other team member and second counter and rolled their eyes. Chris was fine.

Please do not contact me. I don’t know where to start. Your service area is dirty. Your staff is uninformed. I paid dearly for a service contract and was told this visit I needed to pay for an oil change. Mask are not being worn unless you happen to look at an attendant. I’d also like to know why you are willing to replace a key but charged for a battery! My car is a lease. I was warned not to go to your dealership but I ignored the warning for convenience. I will NOT be back when the lease runs out. Eileen M

Staff were not all wearing masks. Only because I said something they put them on. Also in reviewing my receipt there were statements on there that I never stated. It said the customer complained of a burning smell and that is not true.
