Jeffrey was a great rep that I usually deal with. The shop was very busy the day I came in but was able to pickup my vehicle within two hours. I was in for a tire rotation but 2 days later I had a low tire pressure sign, which is odd due to the fact the tire pressure were reset. Either way it is not jeffreys fault but I had to stop at a local tire shop to refill the pressures this morning on my way to work .
