This young lady has the gift of the often difficult to find art of exceptional customer service. She deserves a huge salary increase and promotion. Cristal is awesome person to deal with, will return to the same quick lane because of her. Called the shop before arriving to get a price quote, she was really nice over the phone. I came in with a battery issue(acid leaked into the tray and onto the ground). I asked if they could remove the battery to clean up the baking soda I put in there to neutralize the acid. Ford did not remove the battery but just flushed with water.
