Service was quick and friendly
Estevan was polite and he has a great customer service. On Saturday when I went to get the car new part, they couldn’t find the part that they ordered. So I’m still waiting for Estevan yo call me to schedule the new appointment.
I specified a text notification at the time any of our trucksare dropped off for service or complete and ready for pick up
I want to give Trent and his crew the highest compliments for making the repair on my F 350 . It is a little unnerving being away from home when problems occur and pulling a 5th wheel camping trailer. Of course another factor with this was timing. It happened this past Saturday afternoon and another dealership closed at 11:30 am and could not perform the work. Trent and his team were able to accomplish the repair on a hot engine that we drove from Santa Fe . The outside temp was 98 to 100 degrees. It truly was a job well done with a team that I am sure were anxious to start their weekend. A special thanks to Capitol Ford.

Crystal was great. I was greatly disappointed to see many of your service employee’s without proper face coverings not only where they were in the actual workspace And interacting with each other but also in the waiting area in close proximity to customers. You are not properly protecting your employee’s or your customers by following the proper policies and procedures
