Had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on with the vehicle over the three weeks it was there. I don’t feel like it would have been taken care of except for me constantly calling about it.

My automatic running boards do not consistently work correctly sometimes they don’t open etc. they have been this way for months and still are. We took it for service for 2 days and they said nothing was wrong they work fine. It makes me wonder how much they even looked at them. Maybe opened doors one time, they worked and dismissed us?
