I Came in for an oil change and also just happened to ehave 3 tires losing air and asked for them to be repaired. One was supposedly not repairable and no one even looked at the other 2. I was just told that my tread was low (I have had the car for not quite 1 year yet and it seems crazy that the tires would already be bad- either there is something wrong with the car or the tires that came with it were of grossly inferior quality. ) and given pricing for new tires. I asked what was wrong with my current tires- other than low tread- and why they weren’t repaired, and if it was safe to drive home (over an hour away..), the man just shrugged and said “Well I guess you’d better keep checking them and adding more air.” The overall experience was irritating and insulting and seemed to be a reflection of the employee‘a mysogenistic mindset.
