I wish the technician would clean up the excess oil after draining the oil and replacing the oil filter. It's the negatives like this that made me quit using your competition.

Simon gave me a straightforward answer of cost of repairs with an accurate diagnosis of auto repair issues. He didn’t find other issues or made up a false repair issues like some other auto repair shops do. I was very impressed with his overall friendly and easygoing attitude towards the customer.
