Everyone is very professional and the car was serviced very quickly. Great experience all around
Service took over 2-1/2 hours to complete. This was the 15,000 mile service which included a tire rotation, oil/filter change, wiper replacement, air filter replacement and battery check. Tech did not reset oil life monitor or tpms sensors. To be completely honest, I felt the need to double check under the hood after getting my truck back. While watching the tech perform the service, he seemed like he was unsure of his performance which led me to feel unsure of the quality of the service.
I have seen this same service completed in about 45 minutes at other dealerships.
I received the van back damaged and was not made aware of it. Roof rack was bent and roof of van is damaged.
My confidence with Capitol Ford is very low right now.
I did meet with Paul Bartlett (Fixed Ops Director) and Dave Klingler (Manager @ CF Collision) to discuss repair. They where both very professional and accommodating.
I trust this issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.
Capitol Ford delivers quality services. Simon is an efficient, knowledgeable and very professional person.
John is very efficient and honest.
I do not have one and a half hours to wait!
Either speed up the service or let me make an appointment!
I was very disappointed today!!!!!

We are still getting notices from Ford that our car has not been fixed for the recall.

Great service and great people at Capital Ford. Thanks!
Always a good job. But I only got a call that it was done, after I texted "is my car done?"
Wonderful service today. Thank you
Well I guess your tech do you want to replace my battery on this truck without even popping the hood or even trying to start the truck I like the service writer know that the batteries were a year old and there was nothing wrong with the batteries is supposed to be for a diagnostics which is about $150 and you ended up charging me $325 to diagnose his truck and the truck would start and run long enough to get into your shop but I have never had you guys charge me for a tow 100 feet from garage door and furthermore he left a four-way flashers on and my windows down all week on the truck I go to pick it up the batteries are completely dead now they’re under warranty because they were froze and the hood was open in the power steering cap wasn’t on so I hope he diagnosed distort correctly I am a mechanic and I want to replace the pressure pump I’ll let you know if that turns off the light no because he wants to buy me charge me for batteries and a little too high on the price I feel I will let you guys do the job I’ll do it myself I don’t like it When someone tries to sell me parts that I don’t need and I feel that’s what your text when I do get look in the truck in the parking lot so you need batteries thank you
