1. Contacting the service department is very difficult. Service never returns a call or text.
2. Ford Customer service is either incompetent or lied to me about warranty coverage to get me into the dealership.
3. I am documenting this episode and sending copies to Ford, State AG for Consumer Affairs, the BBB.
4. I’ve owned 11 Ford’s but will never own another one.

Tire rotation questionable. Tires muddy no indication that tires were rotated. Is video available to verify.
