I am completely satisfied as always, this is just my opinion but Holly needs to be a service advisor again. She was always my go to anytime my vehicles were in for service. Perhaps she is no longer interested in that position I don’t know but what I do know is she was the best. Head and shoulders above the others. Thank you

Lack of communication and I felt the person taking care of us was almost combative or not listening to the issues we were having. I also asked for a phone call two different times the day of and the following day and never received one. Instead I was told by text my car was done- picking it up and being told to wait until something goes bad and reminded of when our warranty ends wasn’t appreciated and certainly didn’t fix or resolve the issues I have been experiencing. We purchased the car maybe 6 months ago and we are already having issues. We already purchased another car for our daughter and have referred friends that have come in and purchased a car- now, I wonder what I have done if my issues are ignored, car kept for two days with no rental and the. Finding out “nothing” is wrong- I don’t feel valued as a customer if my issues are not taken care of with compassion. So, for no issues to be found and my sunshade and sunroof only needing recalibrated I was out my vehicle for two days. I have never had this issue before but now after today it really has me questioning why I came to Bradley.

Jessica was WONDERFUL! Not only the oil change service ,but her calm kind caring demeanor when I had to bring it back when I was concerned woth oil psi lookong low. She let me know that is within specs, let me know the low end on those specs and got me out as fast as she could. Great job.
