Very satisfied with the service I received! And glad I could bring it in on a Saturday morning.
Cliff is always extremely polite and welcoming. He isn’t condescending nor does he pressure me into spending money on services. He does a great job of explaining services and why they’re recommended and he’s clearly a great asset to the Team Chevrolet family. I could easily go elsewhere for less expensive services, but with him, I know I will always be well taken care of.
Tabatha was very helpful pleasant and professional she helped me the whole time until my car was inspected and ready to go
Done within an hour. Was concerned about my 10 o’clock appointment when we saw all the vehicles in the drop off area bit Chris and the technician came through.
Will continue to have both my gmc and Cadillac serviced at team Chevrolet.

I made an appointment at 1:15 for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. When I got there at check-in I stated those three things needed to be done. #1 - I don't know the point of making an appointment if I have to wait in line behind others who just pulled in without one. #2 - I was there nearly three hours and my car was still not ready. Somehow the state inspection never got done and it seems that my car was again put in the back of the line.
I spent $2200 to have all the problems fixed and they can't even wash my car after it's done. Don't they normally do that? They also had my car for a week. Another part of the issue is they made a call on their own to replace the coolant tank without confirming it to me first and I had to pay for it. Why are they making decision about my car and turned around charged for the cost.

The mechanic that worked on the truck did a great job.
There was an issue with one of the rear mounting hardware for the
Caliber, and he made sure it was fixed and safe before giving the truck back which was awesome. So I did not mind staying a little late.
The service advisor i worked with after closing was great, he was an awesome dude.

I was there almost 2 hours for an oil change. My son will probably never come back he was with me because I recently had major surgery . I also had my grandchild u til I called his father to come get him he was hungry. Our appt time was not put in correctly so and hour later they realized it. Then while checking out the computer system was out then we found cash and then he said it was working so we did visa. Our trip from sign in to check out was not right at all.
