I cannot express my level of satisfaction after taking my vehicle to Esserman. The superb level of professionalism from the moment I got there was impressive. The open the door and greeted me. My service adviser, Julio was extremely helpful, respectful and made me feel that he cared about my needs. I had gone to Rick case VW in the past and Esserman is clearly another level of customer service.
I am glad I went to Esserman since it definitely made me feel that this is a dealer and I can trust and refer.

Car was taken by assistant that protected the car from the interior. Was attended to by Robert immediately. Addressed all my concerns. Offered me comfortable VIRUS SAFE seating. Within reasonable time, Robert came over, problem resolved. Even had car washed and vacuumed. Which I was greatefull for
however, the exterior cleaning was very poor. Otherwise the service was excellent!
