Our car unfortunately exhibited continued issues after two visits to the dealership and required a third visit. Ciro understood our frustrations and did an excellent job to resolve the remaining issues we were experiencing. He was able to provide a very quick turnaround on the final fix and was able to offer discounts as well. We appreciate all his efforts.

I thought I was overcharged. I was charged $465 of labor for 2.5 hours of work. Even with the $108 discount, I still thought that I was overcharged for labor.

Well I zdisappointed that I paid for a service and left with things not working. One the cover for the steering column was lose and missing screws. Second, I have a custom sound system in my car whom ever the tech was decided to remove and cut wires from the battery terminal I had installed which now I have no sound coming out of my radio due to this. I mentioned this to several people at the dealer and they said the manager the tech or service person in charge were not there. And last the price was not the price discussed that I paid anyways just to leave. Very disappointed in taking my car to Acura. Now I have to take my car to have my battery terminal fixed again and have to pay for someone doing this to my car.
