I never got a text telling me my car was ready. I sat and waited in your service lobby patiently until 4:20 when I finally got up and asked the cashier about my car. He said he had my papers and my car was ready. It turns out my car had been ready since 3 pm. Roberto also told me the oil change would cost me $69 with the coupon but neglected to tell me about the “additional” charges the cashier brought up when I went to pay. I ended up paying over $82.00. I will not be back there for service.
