I had to forward the email received from Acura to the service person so that the 10 dollar discount could be applied. It was not good enough to see the email on my phone. Also should have offered to rotate my tires as they were purchased at the dealer.

I am extremely satisfied with Julian as he always greets me with an upbeat attitude and helps me as much as possible with service and applicable discounts. Also, Julian always replies to email or telephone calls and addresses all of my concerns regarding my vehicle. In sum, he goes above and beyond to help me and meet my expectations as a customer.

The passenger side side view mirror was fixed. However, the door itself cannot be opened from the inside now. I am satisfied with the result of the mirror but disappointed by the new problem with the passenger side door.
