Expecting time more than 1 hour and 45 mts as they told me. My appointment was 9:30 am and I left the dealer at 1 pm. At 12:30 pm I went to ask about my vehicle, after 3 hours waiting. I asked about change windshield, even when I must to pay for it, and they did not change. I did not asked about this because I sido not want to wait 3 more hours ???????
Mrs. Almeida was professional, kind and explained all quite clearly. I want to thank her again for such great service and attention.

I think there’s an opportunity to make it more clear what a customer is supposed to do once they arrive at Service for my appointment. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help.
When I left the dealership, I noticed that my check engine light was illuminated. If traffic wasn’t so bad and I didn’t have to return to work, I would have turned around to get it shut off. I’ll have to find time to go back to the dealership to get the light turned off.
Otherwise, I thought that Julio did a very nice job and was very professional throughout my visit.
The message that the oil change was due in x number of days was not removed. Small overdoght
