I think that we paid a little more for the service than we would have at another mechanic. However, everyone did a great job. Robert was very helpful from the start and let me know the status of my vehicle each and every step. Definitely a very professionally run service department. South Motors Volkswagen can learn a lot from Esserman.

The car came with the same problem if not worse than when I took it. The wrong noise persists and they told me was already fixed. A brand new car that sounds like a transportation, should be unacceptable.
