I have appointment at 10:45 I bring the car at 10:15 ask how long it takes the service to my car the answer around one hour I waiting two hours......

Ciro was very professional and courteous, and was able to get my car serviced and out in a timely fashion.
Over the phone Robert was very helpful prior to my dropping the car off with a tow truck. He also updated me by phone regarding the problem they found. I did not see him when service was completed and I picked up the car, but the invoice was clear regarding service provided.
