I found the service to be absolutely terrible. I showed up right on time for my appointment.. I pulled up and had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to assist me (employees were just standing around talking casually to each other). I was told the servicing would take an hour and 45 minutes to complete. I ended up getting my car four and a half hours later because Roberto failed to mention that I needed to go to the cashier to check out. For two hours I waited outside for my car while Roberto saw me out there and could’ve simply told me what I needed to do. When I explain my frustration to the cashier her response was “I’m sorry I’m just the cashier.” Really? This isn’t customer service. This isn’t even treating people decently. I will not be coming back.

I brought my car in because of a check engine light. The diagnosis received in Key West said the issue was a bad NoX sensor. As it turns out, it was my ignition. I was not made aware of what the problem was after the diagnosis at the dealer, so I assumed the Nox sensor had been replaced. I didn’t see that it was the ignition until I received my paperwork at the cashier. So your service center did work on my car that I did not authorize. After my car was “ready,” it took 45 minutes for me to actually get my car. I have never had bad service at this dealership and I have brought my Passat here since 2014. This past visit was not good though.
