My experience wasn't the fault of my technician. I made an appointment to come in to have a recalled part replaced that could be dangerous/deadly for my children,and did so despite COVID-19 spreading in our area because of the danger of the recall. When I made the appointment a day earlier I was specifically told you had the part. After coming in and handing over the car,I find out 30 min into my arrival that you do not have the part and that the person making the appointments has no possible way to access the information. It is simply absurd to waste people's time and compromise their health in this manner. Again,this was not Rene's fault who was courteous and professional.

Well the truth is that I am very disappointed, it seems that in 24 hours that I leave my vehicle they would have time to review it in detail, but I realized that they do not even know what the problem is for which I presented myself to the workshop, I indicated that I was worried for the failures in the dash, especially because the gasoline needle suddenly becomes unmarked, and I was budgeted for a lot of mechanical spare parts that have nothing to do with the gasoline tank. I honestly paid a high amount, they kept my car for more than 24 hours and in the report they gave me it does not reflect that investment neither of time nor of money

Saili was incredibly helpful and informative on what was needed and.what was done. She does her work very good consistantly. We are very happy and look for her when we take our 2 cars for service. We have 2 cars and have traded them 3 times at Esserman during the last 15 years. Thank you Esserman!!!!!
