Salli was excellent, as usual.
I had Bismarck as my advisor for many years ,and after he left I was worried that I would not continue to have great service, but I was wrong. Julian was polite, professional, and ensured that you will continue to have my business in the future.
I arrived for my 7:30 appt at 7:35. The service mgr did not see me until 8:00 although I saw about 5 cars that came in to the service line after me taken care of. I was told that the service would take about an hour and a half but after almost 2 hours I approached the cashier requesting someone let me know how much longer it would be. Both ladies at the cashiers desk ignored my request. After my third attempt one of the ladies finally left her breakfast to look for the service rep. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received this morning.
