Oil change was extremely high in price. I get emails from Matt Blatt quite often, but none that mentioned the fact the the oil changes prices would be going up, due to having to use fully synthetic oil. Not a nice surprise!

Great job service was terrific my only issue was the significant change in price for the oil change. I mean $89 for just an oil change is a lot of money and with other inflation issues at the moment I have to look for a less expensive alternative, I don't want too but I may not have any other choice if I want my vehicle to continue to receive service and stay in top working order i have to find a way to get my vehicle serviced that I can afford the next service I want to get done is the transmission oil replaced but that service is $200 that is a lot of money for me and more than $100 more in cost than I could get done elsewhere. Again I love your service its just your prices I have trouble with and are forcing me to go elsewhere I understand price increase for superior products but this is too much for me. In the end I don't care how nice and polite and likeable your staff is i only care about the work and keeping my vehicle in top shape for a price I can afford end of story because of the super high prices your now charging and the cost of living in today's world I have a family to care for most importantly my little girl which means I need to find a less expensive way to service the vehicle so I can put my money into caring for my family especially her thanks again your service was great just can't afford it

I’m very disappointed. I’ve never received this treat before.. I’m surprised that I not only waste time and money, I really thought that things could have been different, but I’m the only affected, and your companies (Kia and Matt) won’t ever do anything. The Kia experts won’t even answer questions about my engine problem, they made me pay a invoice of $154 and also I had to pay for a tow truck because they left my engine DISCONNECTED, broken and in a worst condition.

Alexandra was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Alexandra arranged a ride home for me after being advised on the status of needed repairs because a loaner car was unavailable. The following day she contacted me on the availability of a car and had all the paper work ready. My repairs were done two days later which was what she advised initially. When Alexandra called to tell me the car was repaired I advised her that my repairs were going to be covered by insurance and that the adjuster was going to contact Matt Blatt and me and that I would keep her informed. When I did not hear from the adjuster I called Alexandra to learn whether or not the adjuster contacted Matt Blatt and she advised NO and offered to contact the adjuster herself. Alexandra contacted the insurance adjuster and resolved everything and called me to advise everything was done and the car was ready for pick up. Alexandra's professionalism and initiative should be acknowledged and rewarded as appropriate. Sincerely, George R Hyatt Jr

I said to my wife. Our next car may be a a kia just because the service was so easy convenient and reasonable.
