Had car there now twice. Still no resolution but claimed everything was ok they could not duplicate problem.

My service appointment as efficient but unsatisfactory because the problem was not solved. Unfortunately the rattling in my passenger side door is still there and even though the service department was attentive and took the time to rest drive it with me unfortunately the problem did not present itself when in the presence of the service provider. After leaving the appointment the rattling remains. I took video of the rattling on my way home. I called immediately and tried to set up another appointment like the service technician kindly stated I could but I was put on hold then my call was dropped to voicemail and then not returned. I’m just disappointed in the problem still remaining and the actual work that needed to be done was not done. I will make another appointment and I am hoping to have the issue resolved at that appointment.
My charger was stolen from this place after charging my phone in the lounge area. Not to be trusted. The employees are bitter for instance, Deb and Torey(during the power outage) gave me a nasty attitude for no valid reason. Overall I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone tbh. Sergio is nice and Dave. Also the cashier has a very nasty attitude. I don't know if they view me as less or were having a bad day but either way theres people looking for a job so tighten up and watch how you treat others because tables do turn.

No horn to me extremely dangerous they did something so horn would work until part came in by the time I got home no horn !! I hope part comes in asap as I’m very uncomfortable driving without a horn car a 2021 low mileage I know things happen but I’m very nervous with no horn !!

Was told a new tire was being put on my car. Ends up it never was! I’ve Been driving with a nail in my tire with the impression that the tire was changed. Thank goodness I realize it before I had a blow out on the road! I’m not happy with the service department! They left my husband sitting there for two and a half hours the other day for an oil change that was never done! Seems like they say they’re going to do it, but then they don’t! Two times in one week we thought we had a service to our car that was never done! We’ve gotten four cars from you guys. We just bought our leases out yesterday to finance. So it’s really disappointing that the service department makes these mistakes. After my husband gets his oil change and alignment that is owed to him, We will not bring our cars to this dealership to have any type of service done to our vehicles from here on out. We will have the services done elsewhere and just make sure we keep our records! And I will tell everyone not to use your service department. Things are supposed to be done that aren’t being done! The salespeople are always great. It’s your service department that needs major, major help and more training.
