My son had a bubble in his car’s back tire. I had made an appointment via telephone and the earliest available appointment was this past Tuesday. It was not very convenient for us since my son needed a car to go back to college on Sunday night. I had call many places but no one could change the tire in such short notice or no one had that particular tire. I finally had to rent a car for 6 days and I took my son’s car myself to the Kia dealership. The young lady who welcomed me was incredible. So professional and knowledgeable. She informed me That I could have brought the car to the quick service area. Even though I was happy to know this information, I was disappointed that the lady I had on a phone that Thursday did not give me that information. I could have saved an extra $600 in car rental

Katie was so kind and helpful and as she was the only person i interacted with, contributes to the reason I would come back to the dealership again. I watched her be patient with the other customers when they were rude and she was quick to answer questions professionally and friendly. Thanks Mr. Matt blatt and Katie for great service
