However, your prices are quite high. I only service my Kia at dealerships and yours was expensive. My Kia dealer in Oregon would have cost ½ your price. But you have a better market!

The first time we brought the car in, it was not fixed. The tech did not look at the actual problem as described. When we were called to pick the car up the message was simply “your car is done and ready to be picked up...”. Of course that led us to believe it WAS worked on and fixed. So we had to bring the car back. Torey is FANTASTIC. She has a wonderful way with customers and when we called to say nothing had been fixed she told us to bring the car in at our convenience and we would actually have the tech meet is at the car. It was then fixed quickly while we waited.

My appointment was made for 7:30am and it didn't get in until around 1pm. The man explained he had a family emergency that morning with his daughter which I understand. So I was fine with that explanation, but the rest of the service team should of checked the box for other keys when the shop actually opened. So why make an appointment if no one checks the computer for appointments made

I am very happy with the replacement . On the future I guess I will not have problem anymore with the light except when is off the light bulb. Tks god bless every body.

I hadn’t brought the car in on a recall and I had been told the Deportes were in last weekend but when I got there I was told that the parts were not in and so I will have to bring the car back again I appreciate the fact that you did do a check up on the car and it passed a look like it was all green checked off so I appreciated that very much and I hadn’t expected that but I am going to have to bring it back for the recall

Alan was helpful and offered snacks upon my checkin for my car service. While i waited for my car, I was able to relax and even test drive a car to kill time. Alan called me to inform me that the service was complete.
