IT'S RATHER CRITICAL FOR MATT BLATT KIA TO ADDRESS THE KIA LAWSUIT. THE LAWSUIT SEEMS TO INDICATE THE CAR MAY INDEED BE A LEMON. PART OF THE PROPOSED SETTLEMENT IS An extended LIFETIME WARRANTY. I REQUESTED A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT & HOW MATT BLATT KIA INTENDS TO LIVE UP TO THIS AGREEMENT.TRANSPARENCY & CLARITY ARE ESSENTIAL, SO WHEN MATT BLATT GETS AROUND TO PROVIDING A COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF HOW THEY AE GOING TO REMEDY THE VEHICLE'S INHERENT FAULT(S), THEN PLEASE E-MAIL IT ASAP. Allen in Service was wonderful!! Always very helpful & pleasing to the customer. Allen works very diligently to service the customer quickly and get their. Issue solved as soon as possible!! He is very patient & accommodating!! My compliments to Allen, Ray the mechanic was also very nice & was explanatory about the issue with my car! Jeffrey was great. The First service person, not so much. He said I hope you have a Lot of time to spare because there’s a lot of cars ahead of you. I said, I had a 12 o’clock appointment. I was told you need and appointment due to the virus. After I told him I had an appointment, he said that didn’t matter. Then why did the person on the phone schedule me for 12 o’clock? Otherwise, again, JeffreyWas great. My oil change took two hours and 10 minutes. Way too long. Thank you
