Thank you for turning around engine replacement so quickly. FYI we left a message with Matt Blatt Kia yesterday to determine what our recourse is to get my towing and one day rental cost covered, being that it broke down in upstate Pennsylvania. Torey was awesome to work with. Check-in was easy, she kept me up to date on the status of my Niro EV service, had the vehicle charged to give me the miles to get home to Rehoboth Beach Delaware, had my vehicle washed, notified me as soon it was ready, and opened the garage door for me to exit. What more could one ask for? Awesome job! Thank you!

As always, the couple times I’ve been to your parts/service dept. the staff has been extremely polite and helpful, even though We didn’t buy either of our Kias at Mat Blatt. Hopefully, if the deal is right, the next one we will!

Everything was fine with my visit today until I got home and there was a coupon for oil change for $19.95in my email. I had just paid $61.00. I originally came to ask the manager a question or two, got my answer,mentioned getting my oil changed,and he said I could pull right in. Alan was professional and friendly.
