In the Service Department, Upon taking our vehicle to get it serviced, Mr. Alan Finkle,was right on the ball upon helping. He was excellent and also showed how much he cared for customers .All I want to State is that Alan is excellent ,prompt,and companies need more good persons like Mr. Alan Finkle. Thank you Alan!! My Car is burning oil. I had to come In @1000 hours post oil change so they could do a oil consumption test. Was told I Didn’t need an appointment I could drive up anytime once I hit a 1000 miles.I even called the day before to make sure. When I got there I was told “ it was going to be awhile, all those cars are in front of you”! 2 hours later it was done. This is something that i was told is just drive up and they will check it! I would have made a appointment . Was just there a few weeks ago for an oil change and everybody was super nice. Not so this time!
