I was told last Saturday, February 13th that I would need a new rim and tire due to a pothole. I was told they would order it and and call me when it was in. I didn't hear back. I called on Monday February 22, to check since I hadn't heard back...I was told both were in and I could come in the next day...I come in and was told I couldn't get the new rim, my old one needs to be fixed but can't until tomorrow. So now I have been riding on a donut for 12 days and have to rearrange my schedule for a 2nd day in row to find rides to and from work.

Only one issue was resolved. I was to receive a call today about scheduling me to bring back when loaner car is available. It did not happen. Also to set up time to fix scratch incurred during car service.

No communication from Howie or the service team. Had my car for 10 hours, no answer to why is doesn’t start 90% of the time. Just a **** experience.

The service department is a joke. Wish there was another Kia dealership close by so I could avoid this one! My 2020 Telluride that I purchased in oct 2019 has been having issues starting so I brought my car on 1.27 and waited for 2 hours just to be told that there are no issues with my car.. everyday more than twice a day my car doesn’t start... I think that would mean that there is an actual issue. I also got my battery checked at a local car shop and it did fail the battery test and has a bad cell but because it wasn’t Kia’s equipment it’s not valid. I went back today to try to get the issue resolved so that my 3 year old child doesn’t ever have to wait again in a freezing car that won’t turn on. After 10 hours (never got an update or call from Tori or Howie or anyone else in that **** department) I called again to check the status. I was told there are once again NO issues to be found.. and that I need to leave it overnight so they could see if anything was drawing from the battery. I couldn’t leave my car overnight because I have to take my son to school in the morning.. there was no loaner car that they could let me borrow and the only thing howie could tell me is to come back tomorrow and do this whole process over again. WHAT A JOKE. I think that if my battery wasn’t covered by warranty that my issue would have been solved on 1.27 but instead because it’s covered by warranty they don’t want to change it out. Whatever the problem is it shouldn’t take this damn long to have an answer. There is no communication from the service department workers and a huge lack of customer service. I wish this place didn’t even exist honestly.
