She is always so polite and always answers any questions I have and she always has a smile! Its a good feeling when you see a person with a bright smile early in the morning!! We love the Matt Blatt Kia family and will always be apart!

The staff was excellent, and maybe it was my fault for coming in at 430 pm, but I don't believe they did a complete service to my car. The last time I was in they said my battery needed to be changed and my brakes. This time they only said breaks. I should say thank you saving me 400 on a new battery, or it wasn't checked this time. Further arousing my suspicion, 2 hours later my left rear tire light can on saying it was low pressure. Now I have to take it somewhere else and get the oil change again because I don't know if that was even done. I go to you guys all the time. Never ever had this issue come up. Respectfully, Jason D

I love coming here for my oil changes because the price is right, the waiting lounge is WAY NICER than any other place I have ever been and the people are always so friendly! Torey did my check in and check out today! Torey was also so sweet and let my little girl borrow a pair of her scissors so she could make a friendship bracelet for another one of the sweet ladies that work there. Oh and I was in and out in less than an hour...that’s always a huge PLUS!

1st thing was I tried to make an appointment online, site showed no times for weeks. Then I called the dealership 3 times, never got anyone after 3rd time. Finally went online and did a chat, made an appointment and was told someone would call and confirm, no one called. My appointment was for 10:30, got there early, 9:50. I ended up waiting till 12 noon for an oil change to be done. Every time I call the dealership getting someone on the phone is impossible. I've purchased 3 cars there in the past year. And sales was great. Service not so much.

Alan Finkle was absolutely fine. I had an issue when I went out several times when Alan was not there to check on my car and the service agent didn’t even look up from his cell phone each time. I had to ask for his attention. I find that very unprofessional and quite rude.
