I called ahead to see if an appointment was necessary for normal service, and was told it was not. I arrived about 11 am and did not finish until around 1:30. My last service went smooth and I felt like a valued customer. I had planned to use Matt Blatt for all my service needs. I am reconsidering that. Not feeling the love.

Torey was awesome but the car given to us while ours was in your shop was filthy. With Covid you would think the car would have been cleaned. When we got our car back the dip stick was bent and not all the way in the oil dip tube.

No appointment necessary for an oil change. I now know why. It 1 and 1/2 hours for my oil change. That's too long to wait for an oil change. I'm considering going to Jiffy lube next time. Highly disappointed.
