Tell the truth when your busy. I came in for an oil change for the second time. Both times I was told it wouldn’t be long. Both times my car sat and no one touched it until I said something. The first time it was over an hour, this time over 40 minutes but if I didn’t speak up it would have been longer. If I were told that they were busy I would have come back later or another day. A little honesty goes a long way!.

My oil changes, Always good service , no appointment necessary just drive in, and team meanders are right there to help you , you also have a very comfortable waiting area with coffee , and a variety of other drinks bailable for the customers, Sport Hyundai , two week wait for a oil change , to Me, no reason for that ,

Like always the service from start to finish was great with total professionalism. Everyone is so nice, like one big Kia family. If I had to critique one thing, it would be what’s on the waiting area’s tv. They keep it on the channel that has The View. It’s extremely political, in some cases very hateful towards Americans. My suggestion is have it on a channel that doesn’t divide people. Like the HGTV Channel, Travel Network, National Geographic, Science Channel, FS1 Sports. Very easy with those examples. This way there’s no programming like the View that actually puts you in a bad mood while waiting. Thank you for all Kia does.
