Roger is supposed to be the “manager” Roger needs to be retrained or replaced by someone who is more Competent and willing to work with the customer Multiple visits to fix the noise in the door panel Never offered a rental or a shuttle This guy is embarrassing to Chevy and win Chevrolet Always full of excuses “35 rentals gone we don’t give rentals to customers with noise issues only mechanical” “It’s a truck is supposed to make noise they aren’t quiet” I’ve been to the same dealer 4 times and dealt with 3 different reps After 5 visits for the door it was finally fixed Save everyone else the headaches and teach Roger how to his job If zero stars was a rating he’d get it
