Carl was very professional and courteous. He explained the service that was taking place that day and also made recommendations re: future services that are needed. Was told Silverado service was to be completed by next day. Service writer never call to notify me about a day of delay on my vehicle. I had to call for an update to realize about the delay, with no time for me to get a dealer loan vehicle.there for I lost a day of work.

I truly appreciate Gerardo. My car stalled on me unexpectedly and Gerardo took me in last minute and without an appointment. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was take care of. He also checked in after picking up my vehicle to be sure that my car was not having any more issues. He deserves a raise! :) thank you Gerardo for all that you’ve done and continue to do.
