I didn’t have any ideal it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil. Perhaps an appointment would be better than coming on Saturday morning , being first in line at 6:30 Am ( total 2 hours sitting in your lobby ) - I remember the good old days -15 minutes Max at Jiffy’s! A Deal
I was called that my car was ready. I got there about an hour later and checked in with them and proceeded to still wait for an additional hour after being told there were a few vehicles ahead of me. I went to ask what the status of my vehicle and it seemed as if they did not even know i was there waiting.
Had I not been contacted until it was actually ready I would have been perfectly fine, but being told my vehicle was ready and having to deal with unprofessionalism as if I was not even there is not very convenient to the customer.
I would like to thank Carl Taylor, and the staff there at Win Chevorlet for repairing my truck in a timely fashion, while delivering good service.

Gary was the best service rep from past experiences at win Chevrolet he was super cool and laid back. I’ll will be requesting Gary for my future visits.
