Had asked for my battery to be checked and when I was replacing something in trunk I looked in the battery box only to find corrosion on the battery i would think it would have been clean off even if i didn't need a battery i know German didn't work on my car himself and he has always been a very good service advisor and I will still call upon him for services but after spending several hundred dollars you expect to little things to be done
Micahel was friendly and apologetic for the delay on having to wait so long i understand completely i qork in retail and patients is key and i appreciate that he was so apologetic for the wait.

I dropped off my Tahoe yesterday morning 7/27 with a bit of a laundry list of things that needed to be done. Michael was polite, professional and easy to work with. He kept me updated regarding the status of my Tahoe and made sure the service was through, quick and efficient. I picked my Tahoe up this evening and am very happy with my service at WIN.
You communicated with me about the issue of my car and he also took the time to call me and arrange a pick up because we didn’t have the transportation to pick up my car I appreciate that
Michael was a breath of fresh air. As a woman getting service on my car, I'm often hesitant to go to dealers where I may not be taken seriously or talked down to. Michael was clear, professional, and extremely helpful. I'll be going back for additional service. Hopefully Michael will be able to assist me again.
Vehicle was returned to me in a malfunctioning state, despite dropping it off in a healthy state. Check engine light was on, it was throwing several fault codes idling rough, and shifting hard. Service team claims they did not do anything to the vehicle but this is obviously incorrect and they were not helpful in attempting to identify what might have happened. Previous experiences with this service team on the same vehicle were great, but this experience was incredibly frustrating due to the lack of any care or help with my issue, lying, and general rudeness from my service advisor. I will not be returning to this service department for any future needs on any of my vehicles and would not recommend them to anyone else due to incompetence and lack of integrity.
