We had a 5 passenger vehicle throughout the time that our car was being serviced by your service department. We purchased a 7 passenger SUV for a reason and for over 2 weeks we were forced to take 2 cars everywhere. We will NEVER use this dealer service for any maintenance due to their poor incompetence service. Two months ago we went in for a simple oil change and our car was scratched by your service department also forcing us into a smaller vehicle. DO BETTER “WIN” CHEVROLET!

The Oil change service was done in a complete timely manner, However my tires wasn’t rotated and they didn’t reset the oil change reader. The wheel lock key was left inside the vehicle but no one called to verify if I did or did not have one to rotate the tires.

Nobody likes getting these stupid **** surveys when people are unhappy they will call or complain. The rest of us are super happy and want to be left the hell alone not sure if corporate America will ever understand how annoying these freaking surveys are!
My tire screws are all eather changed to some messed up screws or who ever did my tire rotations really messed up my tire screws and to tap it the key to my tires is missing now I have to wait until I have time to go aging to the dealer to fix it. If I have a flat I don't know how to fix this issue. It was the wors experience ever.
