Worst experience ever rude customer service from the service advisor I have tried to go to Win Chevrolet this is the first time I ever complain and I will not be taking my vehicle back again I specifically told him I had to be somewhere I told him if the service is going to take more than one hour I will leave and have my wife pick me up he said no it should be an hour but then 2 1/2 hours later I am asking for an update for my vehicle is at and he is the one that gets upset and gets rude ! I will never go to that dealership again !! I had a great experience purchasing a car with the worst time ever every single time I go in for service only person that tried to help me out was the cashier she was great

The truck I bought from Win broke down on my after 5,500 miles in. They said it was fixed and the next day it kept shaking. Took it back and they said it was a loose ground. 5 days later I experience another issue. My truck didn’t want to turn on after I press on the break and hit the start button like 10 time. It’s an unsafe vehicle that it’s putting my family in danger.
