One associate , introduced himself to me, and then left me waiting for 30 minutes. Carl observed that I was waiting to be serviced, and took over with excellent customer service. Whenever I come back to get my car serviced, I will make sure I ask to work with Carl.

I have never had to wait at any dealership for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had a appointment at 7am. I hope your dealership service center can be more efficient next time.
