Not satisfied a couple of lug nuts were loose that could of been dangerous for me and my family they tried to charge me for work that was already done and i also have a burning plastic smell in my truck and my heating system is not working which it was before and my heated seats will not stay on very bad customer service

As I'm sure is the case with most customers I have a very busy schedule. I made an appointment, and brought my laptops so I could work remotely while my car was being cared for. Upon arrival (on time) I didn't expect waiting over 20 minutes to be checked in. I was disappointed when cars arrived after me and were being seen before me. I called service department and they corrected this issue. There was no issue after that.
