Kept me updated on Service. This was my first oil change with my C-8, didn’t realize it was a 4 hour event (with software update). I live 80 miles from Win, I will ask next time about estimated service time.

I didn’t take my vehicle in today, but the last time i did i had a bad experience, they failed to put the oil filter on right and my whole driveway got full of oil which they tried to bribe me with an oil change landlord is not happy with that

The service advisor was told that a oil change was needed. And without any arthrization added engine attitude of gas additives and washer fluids that was charged.
I was glad that the attendee who met me this weekend showed me and explained to me my guidelines to continue with my extended warranty on my car
