I was told truck was ready. When I got dropped to pick it up they said it was not ready. The warranty issues I had were legitimate and was told no they are normal. It was ridiculous

Mr. Guzman was professional and prompt. However I was promised a complimentary car wash for my truck. They "wiped" the windows, but the surface of the body panels were still dirty with grease, road grime.

I had a great experience with Isidro Torres he was polite and very helpful. He listened to all the issues and concerns I had with my car. He was very informative and honest regarding the time it would take. He completed everything in a timely matter

My service tech was not helpful with getting the correct diagnosis for my vehicle. Also I have an extended warranty and it was not in my vehicle profile. The service tech didn’t want to help me out. He didn’t believe me and made me go and wait for Finance Dept. to give me the information on my warranty. This was very upsetting. He could’ve verified that information with Finance. He called them a 3rd party company. I thought you all worked under the same roof. This type of costumer service is not good. It made me feel like he was trying to make money off of me. Unstead of providing the service needed. Very uncomfortable position I was in.

Usually they go over the inspection report with me and this time they didnt which was disappointing but I'm going to assume if something was wrong that they would have spoken to me about it.
